Project Manager

Tasks:
• Key contributor to the project team where he/she is taking a leadership role
• Management of the project over its entire life cycle
• Delivery of agreed objectives (functionality and quality) on time and on budget
Requirements:
• 5+ years of working experience in software development
• 2+ years experience in project management
• Good background in object oriented development methodology
• Managerial skills to lead, organize and motivate teams

(Senior) Software Engineers

Tasks:
• Development of software to functional specifications and quality requirements
• Following Océ software development working methodology and contribution to their improvement
• Proactive team member
Requirements:
• 2+ (5+ for senior positions) years of working experience in software development
• Good background in object oriented programming (C#, .net, Java, J2EE)

All candidates must have a university degree in computer engineering or related subjects and are expected to be fluent in English.
